Off to the races!

So Aedan, Hilda, Krista and I took a walk to the park. It was so fun to see him walking by himself. Here is a video.... let's see if it works. :)

Cute, no? The slide was a ton a fun too. I gotta try to get the pictures somehow. :)

As far as my current family... it's me and Hilda. My 60lb sweet Dudley Yellow Lab. She is super sweet unless you happen to be a squirrel. Then she will kill you. But, if you happen to be a human, she will love you forever and ever and ever and ever.... especially if you pet her or throw a raquet ball!

I am the oldest of four and grew up in the Chicago area. My sisters and brother are, bar none, the coolest sibs on the block! My sisters have married A-mazing men of God and have quickly become some of my favorite people to hang out with. They also hold stock in my all-time favorite investment... NEPHEWS!!! Oh man, I got two (and one more on the way) and they are the cutest and by far, the greatest nephews ever!!! My brother is totally awesome and scares me half to death whenever he gets the chance. (Not LOL-ing Grant!) I love him dearly and he has developed into such a Godly man... it make me so proud.

Sorry all you bloggers but as far as parents go... I got the best!! My dad and mom have been married for 35 years and still going strong. I have seen them develop a love for each other, for their church, for their friends and family, and for a desire to be more Christ-like. Were they perfect, no... (I didn't get to go to the mall by myself till I was 16!!!)... but I tell you what-- God and my parents made a spectaular team. These days, they are serving, traveling and planning their future. And they have become not only my parents but friends.
